Welcome to 2015 – we hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas season and are ready to greet the new year with gusto. In honor of the new year I bring you our very first Fall-Back Friday post of 2015. Fall-Back Friday is where I fall back into the archives and bring back to the surface a post that has proven very popular in the past. Today’s post is a healthier yet DELICIOUS no-cook drizzly chocolate frosting. Now this is my favorite frosting to go with the 60-second microwave mug brownies that I sometimes whip up for RancherMan & myself. While the brownie is cooking I whip up this drizzly chocolatey delight to top the hot brownie. That combination almost makes that quick inexpensive mug brownie into a molten lava cake. Ummmm…. And the ingredients include such wholesome ingredients as local honey, cocoa and coconut oil. Check it out!
