Well, well, well. The weatherman warns that a powerful high pressure has formed, covering a huge swath of central U.S. from Texas almost to Canada so temps will soar to record highs. (sigh…) How timely that today’s Fall-Back Friday is all about a quick, easy, no-churn mint chocolate chip ‘ice cream’ made with frozen bananas, mint-infused milk, instant chocolate pudding mix (I make it myself) and chocolate chips.
