They were certainly beautiful Deedra. Glad my aunt & uncle didn’t mind me calling out “PHOTO OP” every few miles. LOL ~TMR~

When I was 16, our family drove cross country from the east coast out to Wyoming. I remember being in awe of the “sea of sunflowers” on both sides of the highway in Kansas. They went as far as the eye could see! Thank you so much for sharing God’s beautiful creation and bringing to my remembrance, a wonderful childhood memory. 🙂

What a beautiful site. Never seen sunflowers quite that small. Used to seeing the Big Tall ones. Sounds like you had a very enjoyable trip.

Some sunflower bushes were absolutely huge – wonder if these flowers were ‘sunflower-like’ instead of actual sunflowers? Or perhaps just the desert location makes them smaller? I don’t know but they were absolutely breathtaking! And yes, we had a wonderful time! 🙂 ~TMR~
