Ummmmm… Yes Connie. I’m not a fan at all of bleak dreary winter months – vibrant colors of spring are just what the doctor ordered! ~TMH~

I found my first one yesterday snuggled closely to one of the Birch trees. I love daffodils so much! So cheerful AND they’re yellow. 🙂

Me too Laura – they placate me when I’m yearning to see a glimpse of spring in the bleak winter landscape. ~TMH~

Daffodils are such a pretty flower. Just wish they would last longer. Oh, my daughter emailed me the other day of a picture; (her wording,” Look, my first iris is blooming! “) I took one look at her picture and couldn’t help but laugh. I emailed her and told her that it was a daffodil and not an iris. I mentioned to her that the irises don’t bloom till much later. Lets just say; a flower person or gardener she isn’t

LOL Colleen!! Too funny. I have some iris flowers as well, they belonged to my grandmother and they also make me smile with warm memories – but not until later in the year. 😉 ~TMH~
