This looks great, I love it when we get our wood ready for winter, we do try early in the year but it doesn’t always work. Thanks for sharing at Good Morning Mondays. Blessings

Ahh, firewood. The unending job of a homesteader (especially here in Alaska!) Thanks for sharing at the Homestead Blog Hop!

WOW! You sure you got enough fire wood there. :} Somebody sure has been busy. That sure will come in handy if we get many of them cold wintery nights. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday.

Yes ma’am – when you’re using your fireplace heavily that wood can disappear quickly. Last year’s ice storm and being without electricity (yet unable to leave home to go to safety) for 5 days with temps in the single digits taught us it’s good to be prepared and ready. We’ll certainly be adding to this pile. Thanksgiving was a wonderful day spent surrounded by family & love and we enjoyed it very much. Watching the Dallas Cowboy football game – not so much… LOL! Hope your Thanksgiving was lovely as well. ~TMR~
