RancherMan & I only have 3 laying hens so we’re not overloaded with too many eggs, but c’mon they give us 3 eggs Every. Single. Day! I’ve been looking for ways to use ’em up so to celebrate Throwback Thursday I’ll fall back into the archives and bring this delicious recipe to the surface for you!
